Sauvignon blanc
This white showpiece is a typical Loire variety that thrives optimally in the region’s chalky, mineral-rich soils. The grape is difficult to tame both in the vineyard and in the winery but provides a rich and refined aromatic structure with elegant, very lively acidity. Not surprisingly, its characteristic fresh citrus notes are highly appreciated in gastronomy.
Ideal with salads, light fish dishes and goat cheese.
