This has become a very successful assemblage of the noble grape varieties Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Gamay.<br>The tannins coming from the first two complementary grape varieties make for a very balanced wine that can easily develop further for another 3 to 5 years.<br>On the other hand, the Gamay grape brings a very fruity touch which allows you to enjoy this wine immediately if you can&#8217;t wait any longer\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Matching dishes : steak, pork, spicy dishes but also a tasty spaghetti.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"579\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/couldraies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/ai-generated-8698465_1280-1-579x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-824\" srcset=\"https:\/\/couldraies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/ai-generated-8698465_1280-1-579x1024.jpg 579w, https:\/\/couldraies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/ai-generated-8698465_1280-1-170x300.jpg 170w, https:\/\/couldraies.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/ai-generated-8698465_1280-1.jpg 724w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 579px) 100vw, 579px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2023, we produced a Cuv\u00e9e Prestige with Gamay as the main component, which makes the wine very fruity and ready to drink immediately.
