The 10-hectare vineyard is divided between about 60% red and 40% white grape varieties. The classic red grapes are Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec (also called Côt here), Gamay, Grolleau and Pinot Noir complemented by Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc for the white varieties.
The wines produced at the estate meet the strictest requirements of the AOP Touraine quality label.
Biodiversity and respect for nature are close to our hearts. This commitment has translated into the ecological label HVE 3 ( Haute Valeur Environnementale Level 3). This label can only be obtained through the responsible use of natural resources (such as water, electricity, fertilisers, etc.) and by encouraging biodiversity (planting flowers, bushes and trees, etc.). This is subject to performance obligations, measured by environmental performance indicators.
Our fruit orchard and the adjacent forest are a very rich biotope for all kinds of insects, birds and local wildlife.
